The Special Construction Agency has won a tender to complete the work on the development of streets and public places on the even part of the Boulevard Ring in Moscow.
The technical assignment involves the repair of 97,970 m2 of building facades in Maly Kiselny, Krapivensky, Maly Vasilkovsky, Milyutinsky, Rozhdestvensky, Tverskoy, Strastnoy, Sretensky and some other boulevards, as well as in Pokrovka and Rozhdestvenka Streets.
The repair of 12,550 m2 of roofing is also planned. The winner will have to construct access to inner courts and parking zones, install parking for bicycles, and repair pedestrian walkways and fences.
Besides this, it will be necessary to install drainage gutters, road signs and street traffic control lights, as well as 6 mobile traffic control posts.
The project’s cost is estimated at 4.62 bln roubles.
