The governor of the Altay region, Alexander Kerlin, has inspected the construction site of a new retail and entertainment complex. According to the plan, it will be an automobile and tourist cluster named “Zolotye Vorota”, i.e. “Golden Gates”.
An investor will put over 500m roubles into the project, the regional press office told Construction.ru.
The object has already been connected to the gas supply, and the sewage system and plumbing are ready for use. Also, a boiler house and an electric power substation will be built there.
Hotels and hostels, a motorway service complex, a health care center, food courts and a tourist information center are planned for the area, located in Western Siberia.
