On Monday, the interim Mayor of the Russian city of Kemerovo, Ilya Seredyuk, simultaneously dismissed all his deputies.
The ingenious decision was taken following a thorough analysis of the situation in the city and tours carried out by Ilya Seredyuk in all districts, the regional press office told Construction.ru.
Having returned from the tour, Mr Seredyuk said, “Words can’t express my indignation and the outrage of Kemerovo’s inhabitants. It is urgently necessary to change the situation, and to give the people a clean city”.
Moreover, the interim Mayor assigned the management of the city services and enterprises the task of working on weekends until the city’s condition is back to normal. At present, the streets of Kemerovo are dirty and pasted with adverts, and the roads are barely cleaned.
