Governor of the Chelyabinsk region, Boris Dubrovsky, pledged to settle the problems of deceived equity holders of the “Greenflight” company major developer.
This is what the head of the region, Boris Dubrovsky, told on Thursday at a session with the government, the governor's press office told Construction.RU.
At present, the company risks to break an engagement on 6739 co-investment agreements. The situation is complicated and the authorities intend to seek the solution of this issue.
Among the most problematic projects there are over 20 multi-apartment houses in the “Academy-City” quarter, located in the north-west of the city of Chelyabinsk. All of them were to be commissioned in 2015-2016, but the company has removed the time schedule to 2017.
Now the “ABC-Standard”, a company from the city of Sverdlovsk, demands that “Greenflight” should be declared bankrupt due to its real estate debt totaling to 15.1m roubles.
