The Moscow authorities have approved the project of a business park construction with an area of over 94 m2.
The object will be located at the 1st Volokolamsky Passage, 10, in the north-west of the capital of Russia, the Moscow Committee on Investments and Co-Funding Construction Control told Construction.ru on the 4th of May.
A multi-functional scientific and administrative business park is planned to be built there. The above-ground area amounts to 63,400 m2, whereas the total area is 94,000 m2.
At present, a 9,400 m2 suspended construction is located at the site. On the neighboring land plots there are administration and industrial buildings.
