The authorities of Simferopol, the capital of the Crimean Republic, have signed an investment agreement on the construction of a comfortable modern micro-district, named “City of Peace”. The new settlement will accommodate 5,000 inhabitants.
The micro-district will be built at the junction of Kozlova and Balaklavskaya Streets on a 23.6 hectare site, the city administration told Construction.ru on the 4th of May.
The project includes the construction on the micro-district territory of more than 60 buildings with between 7 and 16 floors. On the ground floors, shops, office premises and banks will be located.
All work will be implemented from 2016 to 2026. This year, the preparatory stage will be completed and the start of the construction is scheduled for January, 2017.
