45 new bridges and several dozen cross-overs and tunnels will be constructed on a new highway passing through the Russian cities of Vladivostok and Nakhodka to Vostochny Port.
A total number of 120 engineering structures are envisaged, the regional press office told Construction.ru on the 11th of May.
The new highway will become a part of the “Primorye-1” international transport corridor and will connect major ports, providing entry to the federal A370 “Ussuri” highway, running from Khabarovsk to Vladivostok.
In June the first section of the highway, bypassing the Artemov district, will be put into operation. The second section is under construction and is scheduled to be commissioned in 2020. The third road section is planned to be built with the participation of a private investor.
