An investor will build a large logistics center worth 2.7 bln roubles in the Perm region.
The construction work is scheduled to start in the third quarter this year and will require 2.7 bln roubles of investment, the company's press office told Construction.ru.
The total area of the logistics facility will amount to 83,000 m2. It will house 8 buildings for storing food and non-food commodities, a parking lot and technical premises.
The first stage of the project will be completed by 2017, and the whole project is expected to be finished by 2019.
As a reference, an important role in the Perm region's economy is played by military production, including the manufacturing of aircraft and rocket engines, oil field and mining equipment, and other products.
