The Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee has granted a permit for the building of a multi-functional industrial and warehouse facility in Nikolo-Khovansko
This is what the Committee's president, Oleg Antosenko, told Construction.ru on Tuesday. According to him, the facility, with a total area of 12,000 sq. km, is being created for the clothing and footwear industry, including packaging and storage services for fast-moving consumer goods.
The building will be erected with use of the most modern green technologies. Ecologically pure finishing materials will be applied as well as efficient technologies for water resources, and electricity and gas utilization by means of recuperation and resource recovery.
