Representatives of the Leroy Merlin company plans to select a large land plot for hypermarket construction in Nizhny Novgorod as early as this year, the regional press office told Construction.RU.
On Monday, the region's Investment and Property Relations Minister, Natalia Kazachkova, held negotiations with the company's representatives. She assured the businessmen that the Ministry will support this crucial project at all stages of its realization.
The delegates from Leroy Merlin, for their part, said that, under favourable conditions, the company is ready to start the work at the construction site of a new hypermarket this year, which is planned to be located in the main city of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The object is expected to be completed within the course of two years.
