The Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case over the disappearance of two deputy directors of the construction company building a poultry farm in the Tokarevka district of the Tambov region.
The issue concerns 37-year old Vitaly Gubarev and 44-year old Vitaly Naydenko, who went missing on the 14th of May in Tokarevka Village, the press office of the regional Investigative Committee told Construction.ru.
Both of them were born in Ukraine and moved to the Tambov region on the 10th of May. On that very day, early in the morning, they allegedly went fishing, but haven't been in touch since then.
Later, their car, bearing traces of blood, was found under the bridge in the Znamenka district. The investigation on the case is underway.
