There are now 676 interest-holders in Moscow who have been defrauded by unscrupulous building developers, the city press office told Construction.ru on Friday.
At the same time, the press office representative stressed that in comparison with 2011 the number of defrauded interest-holders has decreased more than 12 times.
According to the available data, at present there are 30 problematic shared-equity construction units, whereas the building of 20 houses might be completed by developers in the near future.
