The Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, has extended the terms of the commercial real estate leasehold benefits for small businesses.
The issue concerns premises owned by the city, the Moscow Mayor said at a regional government presidium meeting on Tuesday.
According to the adopted regulations, the beneficial rental rate of 3,500 roubles per m2 per year is to be extended for small enterprises at least until the end of the year.
Several thousand entrepreneurs enjoy this benefit in Moscow, stressed Sergei Sobyanin.
Last year, leasehold benefits were also extended for small businesses.
