The authorities of the Russian city of Voronezh have given permission for the erection of two high-rise buildings within the framework of the city center’s development.
According to the regulations published on the city administration’s website on Monday, two buildings of 14 and 20 storeys and with 800 apartments will be erected on a site with an area of 1.93 hectares.
Underground parking lots for 600 cars and a 160-bed nursery school are also envisaged for the project. Moreover, the building developer will reconstruct a section of the heat transport system in the region.
The construction of “The European” residential complex is planned for a 4.08 hectare land plot located between Stankevich, Krasnyie Partizany and Krasnoarmeiskaya Streets.
