The prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Ingushetia has given a fine to the regional construction minister,Mustafa Buruzhiev, of 85,000 roubles for violation of the labour protection law.
As the investigation check showed, the ministry hasn’t ensured safe conditions and compliance with workplace safety rules, the regional prosecutor’s press office told Construction.ru.
For example, no one was appointed to be in charge of workplace safety and there were no instructions in the department. The ministry’s drivers didn’t undergo compulsory medical examination and some employees didn’t have their payment conditions indicated in their labour contracts.
