A Moscow court has ruled to place in custody two top managers of the Federal Service for State Registration who are suspected of bribery to the tune of $350,000, the press office of the Investigative Committee told Construction.ru on Monday.
The matter concerns the interim head of the department of property rights registration in the North-Western administrative district, Roman Aushev, and his deputy, Dmitry Palferov.
The officials demanded a large bribe from a legal firm for repeated issuance of a certificate of property rights state registration.
Meanwhile, the firm contacted the FSB and told them about this. As a result, on the 26th of May, Palferov was caught red-handed.
