The construction of an eastern highway has started in the Russian city of Kaliningrad. The project is estimated at 5 bln roubles.

It will include the section from Molodaya Gvardia Street to Muromskaya Street. As for the second stage, the State Expertise Agency has already issued a positive conclusion for its construction.
The total number of work is estimated at over 5 bln roubles. The eastern highway is built, in particular, to provide passage to a new stadium erected by the World Cup 2018.
