Construction of roads to new airport starts in Rostov region

On the 6th of June, the construction of two roads leading to a new “Platov” airport started in the Aksai district in the Rostov region.




According to the project, the length of a new road going from the city of Rostov will be 15,9 km, the press office of the regional government told Construction.RU on Monday.

The road is planned to have two lanes and at some sections it will have four ones. The project includes the construction of six crossovers of a total length of 280 m and three 353 meters bridges.

Another 2,4 km road will spread from “Don” M-4 motorway and will have 4 lanes, a 99 meters crossover and a 6 meters separating strip.

At present, pre-construction activities are underway at the site.
