Hunt Holding LLC, owned by Russian billionaire Vladimir Bryntsalov, plans to build a multi-functional industrial hub in the “Varshavskoye shosse” industrial zone, located in the southern Moscow. The total area of the projected facility is 447,000 m2.
This is what the press office of the Moscow Committee for the Construction Investment Project and Co-Funding Construction Control told today Construction.RU. In particular, 255,111 m2 of the facility will host an innovation center.
The rest area of the multi-functional industrial hub will host a public catering zone, a retail outlet, cultural and sports objects, a hotel and office premises.
At present, the demolition work on the 55,271 m2 industrial premises is expected to start.
As a reference, Russian billionaire Vladimir Bryntsalov is mostly known as a founder and owner of pharmaceutical company ZAO Bryntsalov-A. In 1996 he ran for president of Russia, but didn’t succeed.
