Next year, a large-scale construction of new high-class hotels starts on the coastline of the Crimea.
The authorities of the Crimea have already received over 170 biddings from investors interested in the constriction of hotels on the southern coast of the Peninsula, the Resorts Minister, Sergei Strelbitsky, announced yesterday.
Principally, small 3-stars hotels have been envisaged by the plan, as well as luxurious 5-star hotels.
This is necessary to handle a drastic increase in tourist flow since 2019 after the Kerch Bridge has been put into operation.
As a reference, the Kerch Bridge is intended to span the Strait of Kerch between the Kerch Crimean Peninsula and the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar region.
