On the 15th of June, a concession agreement on the construction of a bridge across the Amur River was signed in China. The bridge is designed to connect the Russian city of Blagoveschensk with the Chinese city Heihe.
The document was signed by the Transport Minister of the Amur region, Andrei Tyaglo, Director-General of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Transportation, Yu Fei, and Director-General of a joint Russia-Chinese company, Huang Yunyun, the regional press office told Construction.RU.
The parties have determined the terms, timing and volume of the bridge construction. In future, the partners will also discuss road toll treatment. When the positive solution of the State Expertise Agency is issued, the object’s construction will start.
