The largest scope of a business-class offer on the new build market of Moscow accounts for Southern Moscow, says the research conducted by Miel New Build.
According to the report, the South-Western district of Moscow leads among the others, with 21% in an overall supply structure. The second place took the Southern and Northern Moscow districts with 15% each of them. The least attractive region of the capital of Russia is the North-Western district (14%).
A present, 62 business-class projects are implemented on primary market, what is 32% more than it was a year ago. To be precise, in 2015 the number of projects was 47.
