The second criminal case has been initiated against Yevgeny Baluev, the Communications Minister of the Perm region of Russia, who was previously charged with fraud during the construction of a multifunctional centers.
Now the high-ranked official is accused of illegal keeping weapons and ammunition.
As the press office of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia told Construction.RU, unlicensed patrons and sporting guns have been found over the course of the police search conducted in Baluev’s apartment and a detached home in a suburb.
The criminal case over illegal keeping weapons and ammunition has been referred to the regional department of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) for investigation, since its specialists are investigating now Baluev’s fraud case over embezzlement of 31 m roubles from regional budget.
At present, Yevgeny Baluev is held in custody.
