“New Kursk” micro-district with an area of 54 hectares will be built in the Russian city of Kursk, on a basis of the public and private partnership, the Information and Press Committee of the Kursk region told Construction.RU on Tuesday.
The corresponding agreement on this investment project implementation have been signed at Korenskaya fair.
9,4 bln roubles will be invested in the work execution at the construction sites of a new micro-district. Construction of 3 residential compounds, “Russian Village”, “Perl of Kursk” and “The Festival” will be carried out in the area of 54 hectares by the side of Tuskar River.
A total residential area will amount to 320,000 sq.m., approximately 150 three-storeys buildings are scheduled to be erected. The objects are expected to be put into operation by 2024.
