The Government of Azerbaijan intends to construct a rock-concrete walls in the villages of Qaradagli and Qapanli, located in the Terter region.




The object will be erected on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, News.az reports on Thursday.

For that purpose, the Agency for Rehabilitation & Restoration of Azerbaijan puts out a tender for a contractor to carry out construction of the walls at a distance of 3 km from the front line.

The project will be financed from the Azerbaijan budget.

In April 2016, there was an incident in the Terter region of Azerbaijan, involving Armenian Armed Forces, causing the death of 6 civilians. 162 houses were damaged or destroyed.
