On the 19th of July, the government of the Ulyanovsk region signed an agreement with Van Chen, a Chinese company, on the construction of a mill processing flour and producing lysin in this Russian region.
The agreement has been reached over the course of a session of the Council for Interregional cooperation between the Volga Federal District’s subjects and the provinces of upper and middle channels of Yangtze River, the regional press office told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
A total amount of investments into the project will be over 1,5 bln roubles. About 150 new jobs will be created at the enterprise. The products will be exported abroad, including China.
