The authorities of the Russian city of Penza consider the opportunity to build a new road worth 3,2 bln roubles, which will connect the micro-districts of Ternovka and Arbekevo, the city administration told Construction.RU on Tuesday.
At present, the parties discuss the opportunity to implement the project and realize its financial models. So, a new highway will run from Stroiteley Prospekt along Stasova Street with an intersection at two levels of the railroad groundwork and, then, it will run up to a highway on Malaya Valyaevka Street.
The new highway will have two lanes with the length of 20,700 meters, and in prospect, it might be extended up to four lanes. The project’s implementation will approximately cost over 3,2 bln roubles.
