Basmanny district court of Moscow issued an order on Tuesday to seize a land property of the former governor of the Kirov region, Nikita Belykh, who was previously arrested on charges of accepting bribes in large amounts.
Thus, the judge upheld a motion brought by the investigation on levying a conservatory attachment on the land property owned by Nikita Belykh, within the framework of a criminal case against ex-governor, the court’s press office told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
Nikita Belykh, was holding a post of the Kirov region’s governor, when he was detained in one of the Moscow restaurants in June. The Russian Investigative Committee and the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia caught him accepting a large sum of money.
Recently, Nikita Belykh was arrested.
