Participants of architecture and urban construction conference will discuss the problems and prospects of commercial houses and apartments building in Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
The conference entitled “Architectural Bridge: Sochi – Yekaterinburg – Moscow. Commercial houses and apartments. Sochi is a pilot city” will be held with the support of the National Agency for Architecture and Urban Construction.
Leading Russian architects and designers, as well as government officials, representatives from the Construction Ministry and developers’ community will attend the event. The conference is intended to join efforts of the authorities and the developers’ community to develop the letting market of Russia, settle the issue of financing of the commercial houses and apartments construction.
According to the event’s organizers, this issue is especially acute in Sochi, since commercial houses might become an alternative to hotels in this resort city.
