The project of construction of a 52-storey multifunctional complex located in the center of the Russian city of Khabarovsk will be presented on the 2nd and 3rd of September at the Eastern Economic Forum, which is scheduled to be held in Vladivostok, Interfax reports.
The project is preliminary named Khabarovsk Tower, the project documentation has been developed by the British company, PRP Architects.
A 202,6m tower with a total area of 79,880 square meters is estimated at $200m. According to the Ministry’s data, the government of the Khabarovsk region and the project’s initiator concluded an investment agreement in January 2016. The project will be financed, in particularly, by foreign investors, who need offices in the region.
