The Rezidor Hotel Group company and “Office-center” LLC, the constructor of the first sky-scraper in Khabarovsk, have signed a memorandum on intentions about the construction of the «Radisson Blu Khabarovsk» hotel.
As “Interfax” has reported today, the The Rezidor Hotel Group company has become the winner of the tender on the hotel management in the future «Clean diamond» sky-scraper.
The hotel is to be located on the 33th-50th floors of the first in Siberia and the Far East sky-scraper. There will be 300 apartments in the hotel, two restaurants, a lounge bar, a lobby, a 500 sq. m large banquet hall, a conference hall with modern equipment.
The Khabarovsk unique multifunctional complex construction project will be presented at the Eastern economic forum in Vladivostok in September. The corresponding investment agreement was signed in January, 2016. The 202.6 m high complex will be a 52 storey building including 6 underground ones, with the total area of 143.000 sq. m. The cost is primarily assesses as much as $200m.
