Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, signed a decree on construction of “Krasnaya Polyana” game zone.
The document was signed on the 10th of August and published on the official website of legal information.
According to the decree, the new game zone will be located in the area of 165,000 square meters and will occupy plots of land, where previously an Olympic object had been planned to be erected, however, the project hadn’t been realized due to lack of funds.
The legislation authorizing the creation of a game zone in Sochi was adopted as far back as 2014. It permits the usage of Olympic objects, built for Olympic Games in Sochi at the expense of private investors, as facilities of a game zone in the Krasnodar region.
