At the end of August, Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev starts demolition of a house and other premises located on the territory of the estate, which he bought from the present U.S. Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, RIA Novosti reports on Monday.

The estate is situated in Palm Beach, Fla. The deal is still considered to be the major sale of residential real estate on the territory of the city. Now this undertaking will become the “most expensive demolition”.

A 2,4 hectares territory, that is 6 acres, is planned to be cleared, in particularly, from a house with an area of nearly 19,000 square meters, a 8,200-square-foot tennis house, a pool house and a carriage house.

As a reference, Donald Trump acquired the house for $41m in 2004 and sold it to Dmitry Rybolovlev in 2008. 49 year old Dmitry Rybolovlev is ranked second among the Russian wealthiest bachelors, according to Forbes.
