Demand for land plots intended for private house building in the Altai region, located in the Siberian Federal District of Russia, has increased threefold in the first half of the year 2016, the head of the regional department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, Yury Kalashnikov, told Interfax.
“According to the data provided in Unified Public Register of Real Property Titles and Transactions, 711 land titles for private house building have been registered,” he said.
Over the similar period in 2015, 256 land titles were registered. Hence, demand for land plots, which will be used for private house building, has increased 2,8 times.
