Operatives of the Russian Federal Security Service (the FSB) detained Yaroslav Odintsev, the head of “Rossiya” Special Crew Planning Department, which is in charge of arrangement of the high-ranked officials’ air transportation.
He is placed under house arrest until the 6th of November 2016, Life reports on Tuesday.
A criminal case under the Article of Russian Criminal Code “Abuse of Power” has been initiated against Yaroslav Odintsev. His office and the place of residence have been searched by the operatives, a number of papers and electronic media have been seized.
According to the available data, Yaroslav Odintsev is charged with fraud with the use of Crew Department’s property.
