Twenty two administrative and business centers are planned to be put into operation in Moscow in the year 2016, the president of Moscow Committee For Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction Control, Konstantin Timofeev, said in an interview to RIA Novosti on Friday.
According to Konstantin Timofeev, the building developers’ maintain their interest to construction of office and retail property. He noted that 20 administrative and business facilities were put into operation in the year 2015.
“Trade centers located in comfortable places, don’t remain without lessees,” he pointed out.
Mr Timofeev stressed that at present, the city increase volumes of hotels construction, the process in which the investors are interested themselves.
“Tourist flow to Moscow is growing annually, hotels are becoming more in demand,” he explained.
