A multi-functional sports and health center will be built in Gaspra village, on the south coast of Crimea. The project is estimated at 1 bln roubles.
New facility will be located in the Stroygorodok micro-district, on the place of an abandoned construction with an area of approximately 0,9 hectares, the local administration told Construction.RU.
The sports complex will include three tennis courts with a professional covering, training hall, as well as the premises for box and aerobics exercises.
A 25-meter swimming pool for five lanes, a spa center and sports platforms are also planned within the project.
In the vicinity, a comfortable hotel will be located. The investor will have to additionally erect adjacent infrastructure with two roads. The project is scheduled to be implemented within three years.
