In the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2017, the largest plant for advanced grain refining to the value of 15 bln roubles will be put into operation in the Rostov region of Russia.
The project is implemented by Donbiotech, the Russian company, and Evonik Industries, its German partner, the Rostov regional Minister of Agriculture, Konstantin Rachalovsky, told reporters on Friday.
We should remind you that the plant construction was estimated at 8 bln roubles and was scheduled to be put into operation in the year 2016.
At present, the project was granted a credit in amount of 15 bln roubles. A twofold appreciation of the project has been prompted by devaluation of the rouble.
