Real estate experts rated Moscow districts with the highest growth rates of a weighted average offer price on primary market.
The Meshchansky district, where an offer price has increased more than twofold, Bibirevo (+40,2%) and Ostankino (+35,8%) are at the top three.
The biggest growth of a weighted average offer price for a square meter has been registered in the Meshchansky district, where the supply structure has been significantly changed due to suspension of sales in Classico apartment complex in 2015. At present, a square meter in this district is estimated at approximately 1 million roubles, according to Est-a-Tet.
The major part of 20 Moscow districts getting more expensive belong to North-Eastern Administrative District, Northern Administrative District and Western Administrative District.
