“Russia” bank has acquired 40% of LLC Akkord Holding, Interfax news agency reports, which through LLC Akkors Invest owns LLC Simferopol International Airport, which operates construction of a new passenger airport terminal in Crimea.
As it was reported in June, the Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the petition submitted by LLC Simferopol International Airport regarding acquisition of 100% of the carrying value of fixed production assets belonging LLC Simferopol International Airport. The latter, in its turn, is a managing company of an operating terminal in the Crimean airport.
New terminal complex in Simferopol airport is to start its operation in summer 2018 with an acceptance rate of 6,5 million people.
