The Moscow authorities plan to put on auction plots of land in the area of a business center located on the territory recently adjoined to Moscow.
The auction is scheduled to take place until the end of the year.
These plots of land are intended for construction and implementation of the residential and non-residential real estate projects on the territory of an administrative and business center might be put on auction at the end of 2016 – the beginning of 2017, the head of the Department for New Moscow Territories Development, Vladimir Zhidkin, told reporters on Tuesday.
According to him, the Moscow authorities are planning to consider the mechanisms of projects’ implementation by investors, he said. A total amount of 4 million square meters are planned to be built on the territory of the administrative and business center.
