Administration of southern Russian city of Krasnodar signed an investment agreement on construction of a new plant producing brick and ceramic construction materials for 800 million roubles.
The signing ceremony took place at an economic forum in Sochi. The new facility will be built in Starokorsunskaya village, the press office of Mayor Office told Construction.RU on Friday.
A plot of land with an area of 4,6 hectares have been allotted for the construction site.
Thus, the project will be realized in three stages. In 2017, construction of the first stage for 100 million roubles will be carried out, in 2018, investors will invest 250 million roubles more. By 2020, a total amount of investments will reach 800 million roubles.
