On the 4th of October, the head of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, held a meeting with Bavarian Construction and Transport Minister, Joachim Herrmann.
The meeting took place within the framework of International exhibition of commercial real estate ExpoReal, which is held in Munich. The ministers discussed the issue of attracting investments both in the construction and housing and utilities sectors. Mikhail Menn told about a new legislation on concession agreements, which is in effect today in Russia.
The German party expressed desire to discuss this experience with Russian and foreign businesses’ representatives either at the platform of Russian consulate, or at the relative exhibition.
