According to the Dubai Municipality’s representative, the designing works over the project of Aladdin City located on Dubai Creek has been started, Arabian Business reports on the 9th of October.
Meinhardt Group acts as the project’s consultant and develops the design of the three buildings. As Daoud Al Hajri, the Municipality’s assistant director general for engineering and planning, told the newspaper, Meinhardt Group was obliged to complete the detail study within a one-year period. At present, the detailed design is over.
Aladdin City will comprise commercial and hotel towers with a total area of 110,000 square meters. The City will also include air-conditioned bridges performed in the form of dragons and snakes, as well as moving floors connecting the buildings and parking lots.
