About 90,000 square meters of housing are planned to be constructed in the center of Moscow, says the statement published on the website of Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects Implementation and Co-Funding Construction Control on Thursday.
“At a session held on the 13th of October, Moscow Urban Planning and Land Commission approved a project of the urban land development plan at the address of Elektrichesky Bystreet, buildings number 1, 3/10 and 3 for construction of a residential compound,” says the statement.
JSC Fazotron-NIIR Corporation, a rights holder of the land plot, initiated the reconstruction of the territory.
The project of the urban land development plan envisages construction of the 89,492 square-meter residential compound, including houses, nursery schools, retail and office premises, on the territory of the former plant.
