The construction of the modern radar of the new generation in the Orenburg region is coming to its final stage.
As the press office of the Spetsstroy of Russia reports, basic foundations for transceiver positioning have already been poured, the quick-erect module complex has been constructed and transferred for further structures’ assembly.
The engineering infrastructure is being developed. Main gate check point and a guardhouse, military store, and fire station have been built. Water-intake and water-treatment facilities have been constructed.
Step-down transforming station has been erected, communication equipment has been installed, more than 35 km of optic fiber laid.
Now the main task is to improve the object’s territory, to lay asphalt surface on the roads before it gets cold. All construction work will be completed this year.
