For the nine months of the year, more than 117 bln roubles have been allotted on the construction of military objects (69% growth as compared with last year).
Deputy Minister of Defence of Russia, Timur Ivanov, spoke about it to journalists today in Moscow. Construction work on 269 complex objects including 1,408 buildings and installations was completed with this money. More than 23,700 people using 2,500 units of equipment are employed.
Before the end of the year, work volume for 220 bln roubles is expected to be fulfilled on military construction sites. According to Timur Ivanov, 316 objects including 2,019 buildings and installations, are expected to be put in operation in the IV quarter of 2017.
