Rosnano, a Russian state-owned joint-stock company aimed at commercializing developments in nanotechnology, and PT Wijaya Infrastruktur Indonesia, an Indonesian infrastructure company, intend to establish International Aerospace Fund for Direct Investments (IASF) with a volume of $200, Interfax reports on Wednesday citing Rosnano official statement.
“Dynamic emerging economies of Asian-Pacific region’s states, such as Indonesia, make Rosnano to turn focused attention to this region. The aerospace fund, which is being created, will be become for Russia one of the instruments of promotion of domestic high-technological production on global market, while for the partner states it provides an opportunity to implement national commercial space programs”, the statement cites Dmitry Pimkin, the company’s managing director for investment activity.
