On the 6th of December, an auction selling 27 commercial premises in different districts of Moscow, Russia, is scheduled to be held at Moscow office of Russian Auction House JSC, the company’s press office told Construction.RU on Tuesday.
Offered premises are located on the first and second floors in residential and administrative buildings. An area of the premises ranges between 65,3 and 261,9 square meters.
All sites are in good preservation, previously they were exploited by a bank. Nine of them are sold with valid rental contract with PJSC Sberbank.
Initial price range between 14,5 and 89,3 million roubles.
“As a rule, all premises put up for sale by Sberbank are its former offices. That is why their main features are good condition and favorable location… Given these factors, the premises perfectly meet the needs of small-sized business – to be exploited as an office, a shop, a service rendering enterprise and others,” the head of Department for Distressed and Non-Core Assets, Olga Zheludkova, said.
