Citizens of foreign countries soon might become members of a program providing housing for young families in the Russian town of Oryol.
According to the local media, a corresponding program was adopted yesterday by the local administration. A total 105 housing allowances will be issued over the course of the next three years.
These housing allowances are intended for the families, in which one of the spouses is not a citizen of the Russian Federation. These subsidies will also be granted to a single-parent family with a child. For these purposes, 207 million roubles will be allocated from the budget of different levels.
Families will be able to use these money to make a down payment on a mortgage loan.
